System Engineer
In the role of a systems engineer, you’ll be responsible for the definition of the overall system architecture by creating different levels of decomposition (operational, logical, functions and components). In addition, you’ll be in charge of the definition and update of the complete and coherent set of requirements at systems and subsystems levels. Finally, you’ll be the point of contact between the direction, the voice of customers and technical teams, making sure that the system is compliant with stakeholders requirements. The successful profile will exhibit a strong reactivity to adapt to the very short iteration cycles.
Responsibilities
- Define stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and update the system architecture at the highest level (pod, infrastructure and operations).
- Prepare and manage the requirements sets at the different levels (systems of systems, systems and subsystems)
- Participate in optimization activities
- Participate in the regulations and standardization activities in the European committee (JTC20)
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering practice (MBSE, N2 matrix, Requirements management)
- Experience in aerospace engineering is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Arcadia method and Capella software is a plus
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Good communication skills (daily interactions with multicultural internal and external teams)
- Very good reactivity and adaptability
